Professional Event Photography

We offer a highly professional service, starting with the initial consultation which will identify the
most appropriate service and tariff to cover all your needs.  Any special considerations will be
taken into account before we present you with a detailed breakdown of what will happen on the
night and of course what you can expect from us.  Kline Studios prides itself on its fresh, fun and
innovative approach to photography so please let us know if you require or any props to make
sure your photographs embody the spirit of your event.
Our mobile studio includes backdrops, studio flash and monitor viewing facility. Prints will
be offered for sale to your guests at the event, printed within seconds on our Mitsubishi state
of the art, professional quality dye-sublimation printer. The prints are guaranteed not to fade
and can even withstand immersion in water without damage.

With our excellent after sales service offering reprints and online ordering with free post and
packaging, we are certain you will not find an event photographer service that offers so
much for such reasonable prices.

GRADUATION - PROMS - STAGE SHOWS
No charge to the organiser - worth £150.

Photographs are printed on the night and cost £10.00 per 9"x6" image.
Each photograph comes presented in a smart style mount.

Online photographs cost £15 each (free P&P 2uk)

CHARITY EVENTS - BALLS -THEMED NIGHTS
We charge a £150 attendance fee.

Photographs are printed on the night and cost £15.00 per 9"x6" image.
Each photograph comes presented in a smart style mount.

Online photographs cost £20 each (free P&P 2uk)

DONATION TO YOUR CHARITY PLEDGE
If we sell 50 photographs we donate £125.00
If we sell 100 photographs we donate £250.00

FORMAL EVENTS/PARTIES/CORPORATE
The attendance charge is £150.00, however this can be waived for certain
events or functions that have large numbers of guests going to the event.
